years Neetu has been a princes and this year she moves to the other end of the spectrum and is a witch. I had read that this is a common tendency among girls and she followed suit. At least we managed to get by 3 years with her princes costume. BTW check out the broom in her hand, Veena's creativity made a smaller impact on the wallet.
Nishanth for his part made good use of his Spiderman costume from last year by using it for his pretend games through out the year, while his obsession for Peter Parker still exists this year he was his favorite Power Ranger. Trick or treat was the last thing on his
mind when he finally owned it, he needed it to cement his imagination in his play fights with me.Veena also donned a costume in her office, infact they also had practice sessions to play like a professional band. Her team came first but as it turns out the second team with two members received a better reward by sharing the price money of $100 while her team of seven member shared $200, neverthless they all seem to have a good time.
Events like these build team spirit and cultivate an environment that is highly productive, this is something we see less of in todays work culture.
